This is hands down the best cumin powder I’ve ever used. You can taste the difference immediately — it’s so fresh and flavorful. I’ve stopped buying from regular grocery stores because nothing compares to the quality of this. I even use it as a topping on avocado toast and yogurt for an extra flavor kick!

As we all know, when it comes to panipoori, the real game-changer is the tikha (spicy) pani and meetha (sweet) pani. Most of us either make chutneys at home or buy them from the store. But the problem? If not consumed quickly, they spoil and develop fungus—and then end up in the trash.

But now, there’s a brilliant solution:

I picked this up today from India Metro, and like always, I was a bit skeptical wondering if the tikha pani would actually be spicy enough, or if the meetha pani would just end up being tangy instead of sweet.

But to my surprise, both turned out perfect!

• The meetha pani was exactly the kind of sweet you’d want—balanced and refreshing.

The best part? No hassle at all.
I simply added the green masala powder to a bowl of water for the spicy version, and the sweet chutney powder the same way. That’s it! Literally ready in 2 minutes.
(And yes, this is truly a 2-minute recipe—not like 2-minute Maggi that takes 10! 😄)
